Hi, my name is John Hills.

I specialize in residential property finance and home loans for first home buyers, owner occupiers and investment properties.

My aim is to get my clients into the home they want and then at a later date to assist them in wealth creation by utilizing the equity that they have in their property.

I use a variety of lenders from which we select according to your unique situation. Maybe that could be your existing bank or one of 25 other lenders on the panel. Most people don’t have the time to shop around for rates at different banks, so I bring the banks to you allowing you to make an informed choice. I personally handle all aspects of your finance application. Better still, there is no charge to you as I am paid by the lender that you select.

I have worked in the finance industry as a mortgage broker for over 6 years. I have current membership of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and am a member of the Multi-Choice $100 million club.

I have an office in Capalaba from where I assist clients in the greater Brisbane area including Cleveland and the Redland Bay area.
