Hi, My name is Dave Rase.

I specialise in residential property finance and home loans for owner occupiers, property investors and first home buyers.

My aim is to get my clients into the home they want and then, at a later date, to assist them in wealth creation by utilising the equity they have in their property.

I use a variety of lenders from which I select according to your unique situation.
It could be your existing bank or one of 25 other lenders on the panel. Most
people don’t have the time to shop around for rates at different banks, so I bring the
banks to you allowing you to make an informed choice.

I personally handle all aspects of you finance application. Better still, there is no charge to you as I am paid by the lender you select.

I am an independently licensed mortgage broker and have worked in the finance industry for over 7 years.

I have current membership of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).
